Return and refund policy

At Crawford New York, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and excellent service. We understand that sometimes a product may not be the right fit. This Returns Policy outlines the terms under which returns, refunds, and cancellations are accepted.


1. Return Guarantee

We offer a full money-back guarantee on all new products, provided they are returned in unused condition, with all original packaging and tags intact.

Note: For hygiene reasons, products such as underwear, swimwear, and cosmetics cannot be returned if the original seal or hygiene packaging has been broken.


2. Return Deadline

You may return your item within 30 days of receiving the product.
Returns received after 30 days will not be accepted.


3. Defective or Damaged Products

We stand behind the quality of our products. If your item is defective or damaged due to a manufacturing error, you may return it for:

  • replacement,
  • full refund, or
  • store credit,
    depending on your preference.

To report a defect, please email us within 14 days of receiving your order at info@crawfordneywork.com.
Attach clear photos showing the issue.

Returns of defective products without prior photographic evidence may not be accepted.


4. Unclaimed or Undelivered Packages

If your order is returned to our carrier due to non-collection, incorrect address, or refusal to accept delivery, we reserve the right to deduct up to 100% of the order value to cover handling and international return shipping costs.


5. Order Cancellation

Due to our automated fulfillment process, orders cannot be canceled once placed, as they are processed immediately.


6. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at info@crawfordnewyork.com with:
    • Your order number
    • The reason for return
    • Photos, if the item is damaged
  2. Wait for return approval from our customer service team.
  3. Upon approval, you will receive:
    • The return address
    • return form (required)

Returns without a completed return form will not be accepted.


7. Return Address & Costs

  • All returns must be sent to our warehouse in China.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
  • We are not liable for returns lost in transit.

Any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees incurred during the return process are the customer’s responsibility.


8. Proof of Return

Please keep your proof of postage with tracking details until your return has been fully processed.
Without valid proof, we cannot guarantee a refund.


9. Refunds

  • Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send a confirmation email.
  • If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 business days.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a shipping or product error on our part.
